Anyone had hair restoration procedures done. Can anyone recommend a doctor, does it hurt? what methods are available, and which one might you have used. How much does it cost, how long does it take?
How much is it to get thin hair thick again with transplants? What'r some other methods of hair replacement?
First, there is no such thing as hair restoration. No one can restore your hair.
Hair transplant is possible but it does not make your hair 'thicker". They just move the hair around from the more dense spots to the spots where it is thin. basically it will just even out.
I depends on your expectations and current condition. If you expect a thick head of hair, you will be disappointed. If you have a thin crown you can have medicines do the job better than a transplant.
Basically the rule is, if meds can fix it, use meds. Only 3 meds can do the job: Proscar (pill form can stop genetic balding), Minoxidil 5% (liquid form can stimulate hair follicles) and finally Nizoral 2% (shampoo form can help minoxidil absorption and make hair feel thicker).
If you still want to go for the hair transplant, the most famous and best surgeon who can do the job is Hasson %26amp; Wong. They are the most famous hair transplant surgeons in the whole world and based in Canada.

It hurts for a few weeks since they will peel off some skin from the back of your head. That is why they will apply anesthesia and give you plenty of painkillers.
The most modern method is micofollicular transplants. The one H%26amp;S is using. Don't do the punch graphs. Imagine a head full of pencil eraserhead bald spots.
As for cost, send them the photo and they can give you a good estimate. Everyone's needs differ.
You will see results after around 1 year.
Hope this helps. ^_^

I recommend you go a few sections up to the hair category.
