Is hair transplant safe and without side effects. I heard the treatment effects male potency. Is it

A hair-loss drug Propecia can affect potency and have a number of other side effects. see propeciahelp.com for the side effects.

But if the transplant surgery is done by a good and professional surgeon then there should be no problems The options are strip surgery or FUE surgery. Strip surgery is cheaper but can leave a visible scar in the donor area that could not look so nice if someone decides to shave it all off one day. Then there is also a newer- FUE technology which is more expensive but leaves no visible scars. Search google with these keywords - "hair transplant reviews" , "hair loss scams" , "propecia side effects" and some other keywords. It will take a few days or weeks but you must study tons of info until you see what works and what does not work (propecia, rogaine and saw palmetto are the only hair loss remedies really proven to work in most men, but they can have side effects, especially propecia!), which HT doc is good which is not.

I think you're confusing oral medications with a hair transplant. A hair transplant doesn't affect potency, some medications like propecia may, but it's only a really really small percent of people who have that side effect.
