Honey, women will probably never understand the vanity issue with baldness. I suppose we go through something similar with breast size issues. But there is nothing less attractive than plugs that look like dolls' heads or, worse, toupees. Please don't go there. If a woman can't see beyond the hair on your head (or the lack of hair on your head) then she is not worth the trouble. Don't try to change nature. Be proud of who you are.
